Quanitity Ingredient
200g Butter
200g Plain Flour
100g Icing Sugar
100g Corn Flour

Shortbread Recipe – 40 small


Pre heat fan oven to 180 degrees

  1. Combine all ingredients in a processor
  2. Form into a cylinder shape – width the size of the biscuits you prefer
  3. Refrigerate 20 minutes or freeze until ready to bake
  4. Cut into 1/2 cm discs
  5. Oven bake for 8 minutes
