Quanitity Ingredient
200g Dark Chocolate 70-80%
200g Butter - cut into small pieces
200g Castor Sugar
4 Eggs
4 Egg Yolks
200g Plain Flour

Chocolate Fondant Puddings – Makes 12 small individual


  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Lightly grease 12 dariol moulds with melted butter
  3. Break chocolate into pieces and melt with butter in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water
  4. When melted, combine and set aside to cool
  5. Combine sugar, with eggs and whisk until thickened and ribbon like – 5-10 minutes
  6. Gently fold in flour
  7. Add chocolate mixture and combine
  8. Divide mixture between 12 small dariol moulds
  9. Chill until ready to cook and serve or freeze
  10. Bake for 8 minutes
  11. Bake from frozen for 15 minutes
  12. Serve straight from the oven with ice cream
