Chocolate Fondant Puddings – Makes 12 small individual
METHOD
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Lightly grease 12 dariol moulds with melted butter
- Break chocolate into pieces and melt with butter in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water
- When melted, combine and set aside to cool
- Combine sugar, with eggs and whisk until thickened and ribbon like – 5-10 minutes
- Gently fold in flour
- Add chocolate mixture and combine
- Divide mixture between 12 small dariol moulds
- Chill until ready to cook and serve or freeze
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Bake from frozen for 15 minutes
- Serve straight from the oven with ice cream
