Testimonial – Sandy Mount House

Louise and Philip Goodwin have spent more than £2m to create a contemporary hotel, destination bar and restaurant on Anglesey. They bought the Sandymount club on the High Street of the popular watersports resort Rhosneigr in March 2018. They commissioned specialist hospitality consultants One Call Management to manage the operational aspects of Sandy Mount House. One Call’s Kaushik Mistry has been closely involved from the start of the project and said: “We had a great team on board to support us in delivering Louise and Phil’s vision for Sandy Mount House and after months of work and planning behind the scenes, it’s very exciting to see the physical transformation take place.”

Fast forward to January 2020 and time to hand full management back to Louise and Philip. Louise said “Kaushik – I’d personally like to thank you so much for all of your involvement. I couldn’t have done the start up (or the build!) without you – I’ve enjoyed working with you very much and I’m sure we’ll keep in touch and work together again. Philip added “We have had much assistance from Kaushik and his whole team during our start-up period, and we are extremely grateful for everything he has done for us. We will remain in touch and good friends. After the period of one month, Kaushik will be happy to take calls from any of us, and to help out in any way we ask. If significant work is needed, he will work on a daily rate. Thank you again, Kaushik, and we look forward to staying in touch”.
