Give your guests a gift – Shortbread Recipe

These are so easy to make and delicious. Make lots and freeze before baking
INGREDIENTS
- 200g plain flour
- 200g butter – softened
- 100g icing sugar
- 100g cornflour
METHOD
- Combine ALL ingredients in food processor, mould into cylinder shape and refrigerate for 15 mins or freeze
- Cut into 1/2 cm pieces
- Put onto greaseproof paper on a baking tray and bake for 8 mins until lightly golden – may need another minute
- When cold put into gift bags
