Mark has helped many clients with operational and financial problems to affect business turnaround and also assisted with successful business start ups.

Kaushik has over 25 years’ ownership, Directorship, and Management Hospitality and Leisure experience. Educated to degree level at Manchester University and then gained Formal Industry related qualifications. Kaushik commenced his career with the fledgling Inventive Leisure, and created the catalyst for the highly successful Revolution Vodka Bars and went on to launch one of the most successful hybrid brands of recent times Chicago Rock Cafes’ in the North of England, Wales and Scotland. Kaushik has also extensive experience of the Lease and Tenanted pub sector and is able to advise and provide guidance on all aspects of this ever changing sector.
Kaushik established the highly successful Made by Masi Gujarati food Company, prompting The Guardian to suggest the food was one of the top reasons to visit Kendal in The Lake District. He has extensive knowledge of the food and drink industry and has helped many clients over the years find positive solutions to on-going business issues

Kathryn has International and National hotel and catering management experience and has been associated with luxury hotels, and private and public sector contracts. She has also held lecturing positions with the RIPHH, HM Prisons and local authority colleges. Kathryn has owned highly successful award winning hotels and restaurants increasing revenue by 70% year on year.
She established Onecall Hospitality with Mark in 2007.

John has a wealth of experience in the SME / Commercial banking arena and has used this experience in assisting the turnaround of failing businesses.
John brings with him entreprenurial skills combined with sound Credit, Analytical and Relationship Management abilities, he is passionate about the custoemr experience and in delivering success.
John has worked for more then three decades in the banking industry for some of the UK's largest banks and financial instituations, becoming an Associate of the Chartereed Institute of Bankers in 1994.
